We want your ‘patient journey’ to be as simple and relaxing as possible. It begins with 5 easy steps. We will guide you the whole way, from discussing your oral health goals, all the way to achieving them.
CONTACT
Allow the lovely girls on our reception team to help you take the first step. They are ready to answer any questions you have and to put your mind at ease in any way they can. Here they can book your first consultation. You will then receive your personal welcome letter.
FOLLOW-UP
After receiving your new patient welcome letter, you will be sent an SMS with an appointment reminder and a medical history questionnaire to complete.
WELCOME
When entering the practice, find our receptionists ready to welcome you. They will happily show you where to wait for your consultation. Remember, if you have any queries, just ask!
CONSULTATION
Your clinician will welcome you into one of our 4 surgeries. There, you can discuss your oral health goals and issues you may be experiencing. Our team are experts in creating a relaxing environment and helping you feel at ease. After all, this is a safe space.
TREATMENT
After the comprehensive exam, radiographs and cancer screen have been carried out, you will receive a bespoke treatment plan. The treatment plan will consist of your treatments and the cost involved in achieving your goal. The clinician will discuss all of this with you.
